Omeprazole is not really useful in diarrhea.
Take sporolac tablets. Four tablets a day.
Also have lots of curd and butter milk. It'll be helpful for your diarrhea. If its associated with pain and abdominal cramps and if the stool is sticky with weakness and fever, take a course of tablet ofloxacin+ornidazole twice a day for three days.

Looks more like infection with amebiasis rather than cancer. Please show to family physician. He may prescribe antibiotics (preferably ofloxacin with ornidazole twice daily for 3 -5 days) and ask for a stool examination. If this does not settle, he may refer to a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy to rule out other causes like ulcerative colitis and rarely cancer. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.

Dear . There is something wrong in your report 70 % actively motile is ok but sluggishly motile and nonmotile must be collectively 30 % and 70 % each. However this report suggests seminal vesiculitis and it is within normal range but if you do not do anything I have seen many patients whose motility and the count gradually decrease producing problems in future regarding fertility. I would suggest tab. Ofloxacin 200 mg twice a day for 3-4 weeks on empty stomach. Also take tab. Ornidazole twice a ...more

Loose motion usually spontaneously subsides within a day or two.
No medicine is needed. Have ors (oral rehydration salt) solution; take a few sips every few minutes.
After loose motion, wait for a while and then have ors to compensate for the water that is lost.
Oral rehydration therapy is the treatment of choice.
Eat bland diet. Avoid milk, spicy and fatty food. Preferably eat bananas, rice and other light food.
Loose motion should subside by this. However, if it is not cont...more

Hi doctor, I took chemical peel and 1 session of laser for pimple prone n scars skin on face. The effects did not last more than 2 weeks. Then my dermatologist prescribed panderm plus for pimples, wysolone tablet and momate gel for scars but warned to use only sometimes. I never are wysolone and applied momate only twice in a month but panderm plus worked like a miracle for my pimples. However I left my country n could not get in touch with my dermatologist so I decided to check how often can I use panderm plus. On reading people's comments I got worried about side effects. Though I m only getting good effects till now I have been using it since a month on n off n since last week regularly. I m now afraid should I continue it. If not what should I do about my acne they never cease to come coz I hv pcos problem n I have tried all medicines for acne pcos that's y retorted to chemical peels n lasers which also didn't work. Only panderm gave me clear pimple free skin now I m afraid of stopping it.

It is disturbing that you are using panderm plus cream that I understand contains ofloxacin, ornidazole (antibacterials), terbinafine (antifungal) and clobetasol (very potent steroid) on your face. Please do not use steroid that too high potent steroids without a dermatologist prescription. Pcos patients usual have more acne problem due to hormonal reasons and thus require acne treatment. I need to know how long have you been using panderm plus and how frequently and how about momate. If you are...more

Zenflox oz is excreted into human milk. Breast milk concentrations approximate maternal serum concentrations. Quinolone-induced cartilage erosion and arthropathies that have been observed in juvenile animals render some concern over its possible toxic effects on the developing joints of nursing infants. Because of the potential for serious adverse reactions in nursing infants, a decision should be made whether to discontinue nursing or discontinue the drug, taking into account the importance of ...more
