If there is no fibroadenoma of breast this tablet is not necessary. If you have premenstrual syndrome which we call it is pms you might need other supports like vitamin e on and primrose.

The dosage for a grown adult is 60 mg twice a week for the 1st 12 weeks and then 60 mg once a week for up to next 12 weeks. you will not become pregnant while taking the tablet
