Yes it can be used. Howevever, sometimes use of antibiotics can lead to antibioma so better you show it to a doctor, or try first with local antibiotics like neosporin.

Tamsulosin is safe to be taken for long term. Get a repeat uroflowmetry done to see the benefit of tamsulosin. If no major improvements then we may need to escalate therapy and add newer therapies. And get a urine examination done again along with post voidal residue. Review once done. Will guide you further.
