Hi Lybrate user ,no need to worry sir, physiotherapy is always best in case of disc bulge, this is a biomechanical issue, medicians not play a vital role in this case, physiotherapy can be very effective in relieving the pain and other symptoms associated with herniated bulge. Techniques such as neural gliding, joint mobilisation and dry needling are all known to be effective in treating this condition.

1. Neck stretchkeep your body straight.
