First of all was the steroid specifically prescribed for any disease? Was the dose taken under proper medical advise? Was it tapered properly and discontinued? These are important points to know.

Prednisolone leads to changes in Blood pressure, usually increasing it. If you are already on antihypertensives, It is even more important for you to get your BP checked regularly, at least once every 2-3 days and consult your physician.

Oh! i'm sure child must have got ivig therapy intially. Well in itp 35000/- pc are indeed good. We see kids having pc of even 2000 to 10000. Without any bleed. Eventually they recover. Tapering regimen is very much required and your doc is very well doing that. Azoran is usually prescribed when there are refractory cases where pc were low for quite a low and or child comes with secondary itp. So I assume your case also be such tough. Hello, stop taking all medicine even prednisolone instead start taking tb. Teczine 5 mg morning n evening for 10 days, and apply venusia max cream on whole body morning n night before bed then you can consult further.
-stop hot water bath and stop wearing warm clothes directly on skin, I mean wear some cotton cloth touching your body.
