Stds or sexually transmitted diseases are infections that spread through intimate contact with body fluids like semen, blood, vaginal fluid, saliva etc. Hiv, gonorrhoea, syphilis, chlamydia, and genital herpes are the commonest stds. To prevent acquiring an std you should follow safe sex practices and avoid sexual contact with multiple partners.

For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history.
