Yeah sure. There is no relation between the surgical repair of tetralogy of fallot and polio vaccination. In fact any vaccination can be done.

The Pentavalent vaccine is a combination of five vaccines:-
(1) DTwP - Diphtheria, Pertussis (whole cell) & tetanus (3 vaccines) (2) Hepatitis B (1 vaccine)
(3) Hemophilus Influenza B (1 vaccine)
Making a total of five vaccine combined in a single injection
IPV - is the injectable Polio vaccine
OPV is the oral Polio vaccine
The Government provides the above vaccines free of cost.

Adults who completed the polio vaccine series as children and are traveling to areas with increased risk of polio should receive a one-time booster dose of vaccine (ipv).
