As pregnancy ruled out by urine test so either wait for few days or meet Gynecologist. Another option is to reconfirm with blood test serum HCG-Beta.

I pill contains levonorgestrel, which is a progesterone and can cause heaviness of the breasts, but is usually bilateral. If it is a unilateral pain, which persists for 2-3 weeks, better to see a breast surgeon or a Surgical oncologist. They will examine you and if need be, ask for an ultrasound. There are other causes which they need to rule out like fibrocystic changes, cysts, mastitis, abscess and rarely cancer.
If you want to further discuss the issue, feel free to contact me directly.

Safest option is to start pill and use condom as pill will not work immediately. Ipill should be avoided. If you have had unprotected sex then use ipill not other wise.

Yes! Having unprotected sex at any time is risky and can result in pregnancy. Sometimes ovulation — the time when a girl is most likely to become pregnant — can happen within a few days of when your period ends. Also, sperm can fertilize an egg for 72 hours (3 days) after ejaculation.

Suggestion:

In that case, emergency contraceptive pills (ECPs) may help your girlfriend avoid pregnancy. There are different types of ECPs, often called the morning-after pill. One type, levonorge...more
