It is true that Niacinamide is needed to produce serotonin. That does not mean, if you take 100-200 mg more, you will produce more serotonin and you will be more happy. Most of the B vitamins including B3 are water soluble. If there is a deficiency, it will be absorbed. If it is adequate, it will be eliminated in urine.

Madam the tablet mentioned is a combination of some vitamins and probably thyroid extract (?). It is an absolutely irrational combination. No need to take it. It has no action in relation to having conception. Thanks.

You would need to show your reports to a neurologist specially the mri done. Only then can your symptoms be explained. Vit b12 deficiency is common in asians but does not seem to fully explain your symptoms. Feel free to video consult with your mri report.

Sir your uric acid levels are just above normal
but your cyanocobalamin levels are really high suggesting blood chemistry abnormality.
Also the ldl (bad cholesterol) is higher than the hdl (good cholesterol).
These reports are concerning and needs to be checked properly.
