Asked for male, 30 years old from Mumbai

My wisdom teeth had pierced and entered in gums causing PUS and pain every now and then. Since ystrdy pain has again strtd and I press my gums slowly to bring out the PUS frm it and then spit it to keep it clean and PUS free and took 2 of 4 medicines (for bacterial infection) mentioned below. However from today the area is bleeding. Though pain is considerably bearable should I take the same medicines suggested by my doctor last time (however lke today thr ws no bleeding last time) or visit the doctor again. The medicines suggested by doctor last time was a pain killer Enzoflam (twice), Pan D (before breaks), Moxikind and another medicine (i forgot the name but was starting frm M letter could be Meropyl or likewise) for bacterial infection lke Moxikind. Also pls suggest any home remedies too as I seriously want to avoid taken medicines. Thnx in advance.

to avoid medicines in future U need to get rid of the cause of ur prob. visit a dentist ASAP, get x ray done. if the prob with ur wisdom tooth cannot b solved by dentist with medicines, it is better to get it removed. sooner the better. avoid self medications.

I have been suffering from coughing for 1 month. For first week I have taken moxikind 650 mg twice daily. Then, I have taken azithromycin 500 mg once daily with cough syrup codistar dx and cetrizine for 5 days. It made my cough more worsen. Then, I took medisedyl dx cough syrup. It made my cough more worsen and also I started vomit. Then, the sound of my cough changed with a high pitch sound. I always coughed mostly at night. Then, after 3 day I continued with moxikind twice daily for 3 days. Then, I took jufex forte syrup and fifatrol tablet and cetrizine for 3 days. Day by day, my cough was getting worse. Then, I took dextromethorphan hydrobromide syrup thrice a day for 2 days and cetrizine at night. Then my cough get worse and worse. And currently I was taking levolin plus syrup and cetrizine and cefpodoxime proxetil tablet. It did not provide me any relaxation. Whenever I cough, firstly I inhale deep breath with a very annoying and weird sound and then I start coughing with very dense saliva. I am 14 years old boy. I have no relief.

My mom (45F) is had fever, headache, Cough, cold, body pain dizziness on day before yesterday. On same day Dr. Said its viral and gave 2 injection and medicines. BP was 150/80 however my mom is taking pills for bp regularly. Dr. said its normal in fever to increase bp. On next day he again gave 1 injection for fever and prescribed below medicines:- 1. Moxikind cv 375 (twine in a day) 2. Inifinair 5/10 mg (night) 3. Recofast (twice) 4. active p (once after meal) Now after 2 days no fever, relief in headache and cold, but still she is suffering from body pain and cough and dizziness. My questions are:- 1. Is it normal to have high bp during fever? 2. Does it seems like viral only? 3. What can be the reason of dizziness? Thanks.

Red spots on inner thigh may be an alllergic response to any cosmeitics/soap change/diet. There is no panic in this and what you should do is stop all drugs. You have continued usage of strong antibiotics for a long time. Stop all drugs and keep and

Pain in the throat could be on account of either an inflammation or because of an acid reflux. Do you have fever?
Infection generally accompanies with a fever. If there is no relief after taking a course of antibiotics then it could be because of an acid reflux. Ppi tablet should help take care of the acid reflux.

My aunty was taking this vaidyanath karela jamun juice last 2 month's for her diabetes (in addition to the diabetes medicines). Somehow she has developed cold and cough and fever due to the cold nature of jamun .now the fever is gone and also cold .she has stopped that juice. She also takes moxikind cv 625 twice daily as told by doctor and is better. But she has bad cough and has to spit it out (little little) each time she coughs. She says that phlegm/cough /mucus whatever it is is stubborn .she takes hold milk and also tulsi kada along with kofol sf cough syrup. Is there a way to bring that cough out apart from this? The cough is bothering her. She is 71 years with bp diabetes and pace maker.

Hello, my 10.5 year old son is having low grade fever 99-99.5 since last 5-6 days. First 3 days given him cefixime and paracetamol but still the temperature was there so Dr. Asked to done covid test, it came negative. Then Dr. Prescribed meftal forte and moxikind cv 625 both 1/2 tab 3 times and rinifol z syrup, giving him this since last 2 days but still the temperature is 99.2. I am very much worried why the medicines not working and fever is not reducing? In morning his temperature was 98.7 but in afternoon it was again 99.2, please help asap. Thanks.

My c section incision site is infected. Pus culture report is all normal. I am right now taking moxikind tablet and getting daily dressing done. My gynae says it is just skin infection and not healing fast due to hot weather and excess body weight. Though my gynae has ruled out that this is not due to any specific diet intake but still I wish to know what kind of food will help my wound heal asap. The weather is hot here and touching 45 deg so suggest me a good diet and also ways to keep my body cool and aid in speedy recovery.
