I am not happy in my married lyf I don't have bond wid husband there is no love connection I am having low mood feeling unhappy all rhe time depression issues anxiety problems headache gastric constipation I am taking opiprol 100 mg three times a day lamitor dt 50one time in the morning nd lamitor dt 100 in the time please is this medicine correct or should I change the medication nd what medication I should take to reduce stress nd anxiety in my lyf.

I am 41 year old. I have a problem of anxiety and over thinking. It was develop due to high acidity in my stomach and I felt like something is very bad with my stomach due to severity and felt a panic attack. My doctor suggested opipramol 50 mg one per day at night. At the starting I did not notice some effects but after some days I felt that when I about to fall a sleep I feel a pulsating shock and my body jerks suddenly. I ignored it at the starting. But now I am feeling tension neck pain and nightmares and waking up in the night I wake up 2 to 3 times with heavy head, thirsty and trembling. Always I wake up due to nightmare. During the day even a smallest tension causes tension headache and pain increases at the back of the neck with tense muscles please suggest me do I need to continue this medicine. It is almost 2 months now since I am using this medicine. During the day still I feel anxiety due to these effect. Please suggest me. It is difficult for me to get regular appointment of doctor.

I took etilaam 5. S tab 10 for 10 days and opiprol for 20 days by doctor suggestions after that I noticed I got side effects. Then I stopped, but still I didn't recover from side effects. List of substitutes for etilaam s 5 tablet side effects major & minor side effects for etilaam s 5 tablet drowsiness muscle weakness loss of balance control headache confusion slurred speech increase/decrease in libido (increased or decreased sexual drive) uncontrolled shaking of arms or legs visual disturbances urinary retention/incontinence stomach discomfort and pain excessive salivation memory problems fast or irregular heartbeat reduced hunger constipation diarrhea dry mouth excessive air or gas in stomach decreased appetite joint pain just tell me when the side effects will be normal. Now I changed the doctor and treatment is continued, just tell me what should I do for treatment of side effects.

Hello doctor, I have been prescribed opiprol 50 mg, spinfree, remylin ax and d venizep 50 mg, because I was suffering from constant dizziness for the past 15 days before which I took stalopam mini plus and abruptly stopped it due to lighten I couldn't visit the doc and he too was on a leave. Cbp, esr, crp, fpg, b12 and thyroid profile (because I had h/o hyperthyroidism) all are normal. I had a rash on left arm and after that developed red small spots on my limbs (upper and lower) few in number, I visited a senior dermatologist he said it's due to non specific viral. But they keep getting it's been 6 days they're coming and going on their own. Due to constant dizziness and rash & red spots I developed anxiety. I went to the neurologist for dizziness she said you have nothing maybe it's due to viral illness that you're getting dizziness, and she says I may have hypochondria and advised me to see a physiatrist. I feel burning pain in small joints of hand.
