It is a very good drug having both antidepressant and antipsychotic properties. You have to work with your psychiatrist by expressing your symptoms during review, what was reduced and what has not to help him get you into remission. Lack of motivation is a part of depression which can also be treated, also ask him for CBT from a clinical psychologist which will hasten recovery.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Regularly farting is normal, even healthy. Farting a lot isn't necessarily bad, but it could be a sign of a digestive issue or improper diet. Are you taking the tablet after getting it prescribed by your doctor? If so then it's okay else you must definitely stop doing such things. Not all medicines can be taken by everyone. Your medicine will be prescribed by your doctor based on your health conditions, your history, if you are allergic to something etc.

The pulse rate of 95 or 105 is not alarmingly high. In situations of intense fear or anxiety normal persons can also develop such pulse rates and palpitations. What this means is you need to consult your psychiatrist for the fear and anxiety.
Do not worry too much about the pulse rates, its unlikely that this is because of a problem in the heart, more likely its a symptom related to schizophrenia.

Schizophrenia can be a very crippling disease, if treatment is tampered with by amateurs or by lay people. You must strictly follow doctor?s instructions. To me your son is seemingly doing well, and holding on to a job with major responsibility. If you push the expectation on him at this juncture, you may reverse all the benefits, inadvertently. Instead of worrying about changing medication, I recommend that you put him on some counseling along with the medication. This will help him develop cop...more
