It's desirable that you take combination of doxylamine and pyridoxine for treatment of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy.
However in severe cases zofer may be used.

You can give 2.5 ml emigo three times a day. But the cause of vomiting need to be avoided like if you bottlefeed stop it and feed from a sipper or cup with spoon
