Your insulin is not being utilized fully or doesnt produce. That is what type 2 and type 1 is. You have to get the support of certain herbs which are openly available in market but since not selected with precision decisions, some people do not get desired effects.

You are basically on almost maximum allowed tablets, even then ur sugars are still on the higher side.Hope u had taken the tablet and done the tests on the day of the tests.
Two option, go for one small dose of night time insulin(lantus) or add tablet onglyza 5mg in the morning. Do a hba1c and revert back.

Diabetes is not controlled > the aim should be bring hba1c to,< 7. Check your recent fbs, 2hr ppbs and hba1c and sinorm me / you take onglyza 5 mg at noon or in the morning and take glyciphage 1 gm at night and inform. Best control can be got by starting insulin.

Please add onglyza-5 mg in the morning and increase insulin 30/70 to 30 units + insulin are to 18 units and metformin sr 1 gm twice and check your fbs, 2 hr ppbs and hba1c and send the reports to, me privately on this site. Keep in touch. We may havro titrate the dose further. So keep in touch privately.
