you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. It's cause of concern that your insulin is not acting to neutralize the sugar while you are taking good medicines prescribed by your experience doctor. This is non response of drugs. It's not fault in treatment by your doctor. I would suggest the support of ayurveda medicine as support to your current medicine. Both won't counteract with each other. •Eat a healthy, balanced diet and avoid eating strongly flavoured or spicy food.
•Cut down on sugary food and drink, as it can increase the amount of bacteria in your mouth.
•Reduce your alcohol consumption.
•Stop smoking.
•Cut down on coffee.
•Drink plenty of water to help prevent your mouth becoming dry.

Dear user. Thanks for the question. HIV spread through Contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and HIV-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids.
