I have typhoid fever for last 9 days. Fever is little normal now, but I got urine infection and platelet is around 1.3. I am taking these medicine alkasol syrup Healthrich cap Nimotas tab Ondet md tab Pantosec D tab Levotas Paracad Azax glygene o syrup But after taking lot of medicine, I got ulcers on mouth. Please suggest me how to care of myself and suggest me about ulcers and when have to maintain in typhoid like what to eat or what not because I don't know what food is good in typhoid.

Get a good liquid diet. Drink plenty of water. Becasules capsules once or twice a day along with your medicine. And kenacort oral ulcer paste for application on ulcer 7-8 times a day wud help. All d best.

Asked for male, 29 years old from Bangalore

I'm suffering from fever since 5th may and test report show negative for dengue but platelet count reduces by 0.04 from first to the second day now it's 1.95. Wbc drops to 3800 from 4500 and doctor saying might be symptoms of dengue start. After 6th I have no fever and slight cold there. Same medication physician continue morning and evening with biociotamal and 2dns trips and n. S 100 ml with injected pansari i. V. And ofron i. V and ondet ing 2 ml. Requesting your advice on this.
