You should quit breastfeeding to your baby, immediately. He should be hydrated, properly.

It is better to wait and watch while giving enough water and fluids than to rush and give multiple medicines at a time! Kindly read about the subject from the internet and take sufficient precautions (always check for signs of dehydration, fever, etc which needs attention) so that in future you should not panic. Do not cause risk to small child by giving such medicines without asking child specialist. It may be bad for her.
Better, if you can not go to child specialist, give her ayurvedic pure herbal powder like balchaturbhadra chooran 1/2 gm twice or thrice a day with honey for few days. Keep her hydrated.
