Vomiting may be due to acute gastritis, avoid oral antiemitics, withhold solid food till vomiting stop.

You can give 2.5 ml emigo three times a day. But the cause of vomiting need to be avoided like if you bottlefeed stop it and feed from a sipper or cup with spoon

Yes give syp ondem 5 ml 3 times a day (1-1-1)
also give ors and keep the child hydrated.
If the child has any other complaints, kindly consult paediatrician.
