The problem of nausea and vomiting can be there till 3 months by which the body adjusts to the hormonal levels. Some Tablets of Ondansetron if already not given can be tried with Doxilamine succinate. You need consultation because a few patients may require IV fluids because of dehydration. A basic sonography and blood reports are must.

Ibugesic plus is not advisable at first instance. Syp dolopar is safe to use. Start
1. Enterogermina ampoules once daily for 5 days
2. Syp vomikind sos 3. Syp zinc 5 ml once a day
4. Encourage fluids (coconut water, buttermilk, ors, lemonade)
5. Feed whatever he likes can give banana, curd rice, khicdi. Avoid juices, sodas
6. Keep watch on his urine frequency and stool for blood.

How long you are having this problem? You people never write detail history of your complaint. How can we understand what we are dealing with? However, If you don't have any ovarian problem or hormonal disease you may take one tab of Domperidone 10 mg tab once in the morning only on your first day of period. Hello, Vomikind contains ondansetron which according to few studies may increase the risk of cleft palate in pregnancy, however this drug is often used in pregnancy but it should not be used as first line drug for nausea and vomiting more so in first 12 weeks.
The first line drug should be a combination of doxylamine and pyridoxine.
