Dear lybrate-user, if you did not conceive this cycle with extended letrozole, please talk to your doctor. It may have many reasons, like no follicular growth, or no ovulation. And sometimes even with good follicle growth and ovulation, you may not conceive in the first attempt. So please discuss with your treating doctor and plan another attempt.

Please understand with PCOS there is anovulation or delayed ovulation that why periods are irregular . So your doctor has prescribed you Tab Letoval 2.5mg so that you form a follicle. But while taking this tablet you need follicular monitoring. Also let me know whether you have done your basic fertility investigations like Sr TSH , Sr Prolactin and Fasting Serum Insulin?
