Letrozole is commonly used for ovulation induction to improve the chance of pregnancy. However at this age the chance of success with letrozole is extremely limited. Considering your age, you have limited period of time for pregnancy. We cannot reduce the age. Therefore we advise to check blood for amh and check your husband's semen as soon as possible. At this age, probably you will need ivf.

It is best to monitor the size of follicles when ovulation induction is done. So it is recommended to get follicular study done when you take letrozole. Trigger shots are not necessary all the time. Taking ovulation induction drugs without monitoring follicular size may result in rare but dangerous adverse effects like ovarian hypersrimulation syndrome.in case you cannot get follicular study this time, consider cancelling this cycle. You can resume treatment from next month.

There is no need of it.
Better avoid taking any medication.

What is your query? Your doctor has prescribed you some prenatal vitamin supplements (trazer f) and medicine to induce production of eggs (letoval). This is the general treatment for pcos patients. Your amh is good. Cabergoline was given to reduce the prolactin.
