Bcg given intravesicle is usually 120 mg first induction course of weeky 6 doses after maintainance course with three odses weeky at 3mth, 6mth and than every 6monthly for 3 years. No maintainace schedule allow less than 1 year.

Dear User, that is not necessary. As long as the card shows she has taken the BCG vaccine, it is not necessary to repeat the dose. The scar being present or absent is not an issue. Good Luck

The ere of bcg is just for the initial one month and not more than that actually.
Better take proper homoeopathic treatment as preventive.
The role of vaccination is very controversial in the actual prevention of disease.

Measles vaccine is after 9 months. Flu is optional vaccine. Two doses at 1 month interval first year. Then one dose every year as of now available vaccine.

It is mostly physiological jaundice... And gets better on itsown.. u just have to take care of him..
And have to give some sun exposure in morning sun...
The bilirubin has already reduced to half which is a good sign..so don't worry...

Hi, No need to panic. Bcg is given on left hand only for uniformity .Do not worry, but for 53 days old there are no other vaccines to be given on hand except bcg. Have they repeated it?

well first you need to confirm is whether BCG was given to child or not...if was given and scar doesn't appear then it is still okie ,it can happen...and you can wait till 8 to 14 weeks after vaccination till scar appears on left shoulder where it was given..

but if no record of BCG vaccination then you shall repeat it
