Both are similar medications, giving same results in same doses.
Kindly clarify with your doctor, maybe the dose is increased.

Dear lybrate-user, asthalin inhaler and rotacaps are inhalational beta agonists, one of the mainstay of asthma management besides bronchodilators and steroids. It may cause increased heart rate and palpitation in some patients, but in my opinion is not at all dangerous, as hundreds of my patients are using it without any trouble. But, if you have some queries, please contact your physician for more details.

Treatment can prevent asthma attacks and control symptoms during activity. Regular exercise can strengthen your heart and lungs, which helps relieve asthma symptoms. If you exercise in cold temperatures, wear a face mask to warm the air you breathe. Maintain a healthy weight.

As per your report, You are suffering from bronchial asthma and taking some anti-asthmatic medicines now. Doses of medicine depends on severity, grade of your disease. So continue your medicines as advised by your doctor, if you feel some problem after above medication. You should consult with your doctor about that.

You need to relax. Change of medicines will not improve your asthma condition.
You may need a drug free program on relieving stress.

You are taking the right treatment. Continue all, I hope nasal spray you are taking at least twice a day. If your symptoms do not improve with these, you may need a course of oral steroids. I am available for online consultation.
