Medicines take some time to act. Frequent change of medicine may not be useful rather it may be harmful. You have not mentioned nature and number of loose motion. If it is watery without blood and/ or mucous, it is most likrly due to viral infection in which there is no role of Antibiotics. Maintain hydration, give ORS (if not liking ors and prefer water, give him water or liquid of his choice- not sugar rich driks). Continue feeding and follow instruction of pediatrician.

No short cut for recovery. Age is 4 mths (confused with 4.10) many times frequent stool is normal for this age. But if doctor has advised you medicine, continue and review with him if child is not accepting feeds or urine output is decreased.

lybrate-user, her ca-125 is on the higher side but iâm sure her treating physician must have ruled out everything including malignancy. For some patients, their liver enzymes can get deranged. The best thing is to stop the treatment until bilirubin comes back to normal. If she stable and you are very worried you can repeat her lft tomorrow a and send me the reports.
