Asked for female, 32 years old from Kolkata

Hi, I am 30 years old and 11 weeks pregnant. I am carrying twins and week 4 onwards I am having server vomiting. I was not able to keep anything not even water. With Drs. consultation I got admitted and was given drips and injected with medics such as zofer. After getting discharge from the hospital, 1 week it was ok but the prblm started again I again got hospitalized and given drips and injected with medic and discharged after three days and was given medicines like (pan40, zofer 8 mg, susten 300, Reglan, asprain, etc) again after a week the same prblm started and was admitted again and given drips and this time doc injected CORT-S (i was told its a steroid and is given bcuz m not responding to other medics). And was also asked to take WYSOLONE 40 mg (another steroid) , I haven't taken this medicine bcuz of being a high power steroids. Now again the same problem have started again with coughing. I am totally confused about the treatment I am getting and also feeling very very week, I have lost almost 12 kgs since the detection of pregnancy. Please help and guide.

stop pan40 -it is not given in pregnancy.stop wyselone steroids also.
take a tablet of pregnidoxin on empty stomach with little water in morning. wait for half an hour and take ors type liquids,no fats ,toned milk/curds as proteins
repeat the medicine at night again.
do get back here after a day.
twins has nothing to do with vomitings.
some have little,others have more
but there is medicine which is safe for mother and growing up baby.
do not experiment with medicine...more

1 years old child vomited 5 times in episodes. After meals, water, breast feeding, during sleep. Post Dr. consultation as per rx we administered emeset syp 4ml. Post giving child slept for 3 hours and then suddenly vomited during sleep only kindly suggest what needs to be done now. If any serious reason is ther. Please specify. I am worried dr.

I drank alcohol last evening and from today noon I had terrible hangover and am vomiting. I had four emeset 4 tab 2 pantocid 40 and 1 domstal at different intervals since morning. I just had apple pulp a little while back. The vomiting has reduced but the nausea is not going and it is quarter to 8 pm now. Can you please suggest some medicine for immediate relief.

first of all binge drinking is dangerous, secondly self medication is even more dangerous, do not pop up so many pills, emeset can kill you. relax--hydrate your self well, coffee and sitting can help you if no better go to doctor.

Me and my wife planning for second baby and her last period start date was on aug 02, we had intercourse around 12th to 16th and she had fever 2 days before and today 25th immediately she got dizziness and she was ok within a minute. I took her to hospital and they gave emeset 2 ml injection, dolo, glucose,sompraz and we returned home afternoon same day. Now immediately she got bleeding. Please explain the reason. It can be a implantation bleeding, miscarriage or normal menstrual? Pls advise what to do next.

It's natural intermenstrual bleeding most likely, wait for your period to occur. You can do a tvs to know better about it also and also your wife need to rule out local causes like polyps.

After returning from a outstation trip of 4 days, my daughter of 3yrs had vomtings, and I gave unidron (ondansetron oral solution) of 5ml at one night. The vomiting stopped and from the next day, she is refusing to have food. She is having 1 or 2 spoons and telling me, im getting vomiting, I dont want to eat. Im giving only that 2 or 3 spoons of rice, she doesnt vomit. If I forcibly try to feed her, shes behaving as if, she is yet to vomit. This is the situation from 3 to 4 days. Previously I dont have any problem with her food. If she feels hungry she used to ask me n eat. Now she dont want to eat. What should I do? She is not having food, so she is feeling low and she wants to sleep. What should I do?

Some women have vomiting during there periods. Sometimes it may be related to pain. You can have a simple antiemetics available at the pharmacists to see if it helps like pand or zofer.

Sir, I have got my wife arogyam 1.7 test done. All reports are good except HS-C-RP Nephelometey which is on higher side i.e 7.33. As per the report it should be below 1. What is the risk and what medication should be taken and which specialist has to be consulted. Her lipid profile is under control, no diabetes and a normal B.p. But she has a regular complain of leg pain basically in her ankle toes. Her age is 35 height is 5 ft 4" and weighs 65 kg. She is also suffering from severe headaches at least once in a month i.e just before onset of her menstrual like cramps in her legs and headache. She only get relief after pain killer injection i.e dynapar and pantocid for gastric and zofer for vomiting. Please suggest. Her rest report are normal. Pls suggest. Regards.

Earlier I had pcos also bt aftr 2.3 months of treatment I conceived this baby my doctor prescribed me zofer MD 4 for vomiting nd also othr medicine like Macgest SR 300 nd FOL-XT medicine I just want to knw for hw long I am going to feel sick nd when my vomiting will stop. Cos m nt gonna tolerate it now day by day m feeling sick I am also facing constipation problem pls give me some tips to deal with this problem.

Dear, vomitings are common in early pregnancy. If you are not able to tolerate anything including liquids, than, you should get admitted for a day or two for I fluids and investigations. Otherwise these vomitings are going to stop in a month's time. Eat or drink anything of your choice but avoid oily and spicy food. Have patience, things will settle down.

But in last one month 2 times she got severe vomiting, motions along with gas related pain. Then as per doctors advice daily pan 40 tab, one in morning and one in evening she is taking for last 15 days. Today again she got gas and vomiting. Pan 40 ang zofer 4 mg tabs were taken by her. Not recovered fully. Can another pan 40 can be given to her?
