Why saline water it will furthur aggrevate the condition, give her normal water, also can give decoction of pudina, saunf and ajawain 4-5 spoons every hourly, this would improve her digestion, don't let her dehydrate act accordingly.

Whenever you describe a child's disease her weight is a must to suggest dosage of medicines. If you can buy medicines there without your gp's prescription you give her emeset (ondansetron) syrup 205 ml and inform me. If she still feeds from bottle you must stop bottle and feed her with glass or cup, no matter how much you sterilise the bottle/

Black stool is not a good sign for you .as you are suffering from dengue there could be chances of internal bleeding and may be thats why you are facing this. So for precise diagnosis we should know your platelet count or are there any red colour eruption or patches on your body? Dear lybrate user the foods which are more spicy including chilli produce more gastric irritation leads burning sensation. So avoid such foods and adopt soft and light foods including green leefy vegetables. In order to control this condition take avipattikar choornam 1 tsp with warm water 3tms before evry meals.

have small and frequent meals. take plenty of fluids. Say NO to fried and oily eatables and walk around . walking , mild exercises and Yoga are good measure to get over the problem of gaseous distension.
