in my opinion prednisolone should not be taken, some time white patches may be due to vitamine b 12 deficiency, you take tab neurobion forte 1 tab od for 2-3 months. thanks

Please describe what kind of Gastrointestinal problem you have.
If you have problems of heartburn, pain in upper part of abdomen, regurgitation of food then get an Ultrasound done. If that is normal then you should get an Upper GI endoscopy done since you may have Peptic ulcers or gastritis or GERD. There are soo many adverse effects of the above mentioned medicine,,it may cause heart problem,,for gerd patient have to take non spicy food,,avoid smoking,, alcohol,, highly spicy food,, acids,,cold drinks or soda,,too much hot or too much cold also prohibited,,u need proper homoeopathic treatment if u wants to cure ur problem permanently without any complications
