Scrotal itching may have various causes. To properly diagnose and treat your condition, I recommend scheduling an in-person or an appointment with a dermatologist. After a thorough examination and possibly some tests, a personalized treatment plan can be made to address the root cause of your symptoms effectively.

You shouldn't use steroid cream without consulting a doctor. There are multiple reasons for vaginal itching. Consult a local gynecologist.

Try to change your food habits and bring in regular exercise back to your daily routine. Many times stomach problems (acidity / gas problems / constipation etc happen due to erratic lifestyle / sedentary lifestyle / bad habits etc. Kindly read more about the normal bowel movements and general body physiology from the internet and make simple yet effective lifestyle changes to overcome such problems before they become chronic and lead to other lifestyle diseases (obesity, DM, Hypertension etc ).

You should reduce breast feeding gradually not suddenly. You may have breast engorgement which causes pain. If it is so, you have to remove milk from breasts. For pain, you take any pain killer.

Do not worry as the baby can normally pass stools 4-5 times a day. Check for signs of dehydration. Please check for fever or any other signs and symptoms. Keep the BF as it is. Please revert with your feedback. You can start Homeopathy if required which is safe and gentle for the baby.
