Hello lybrate-user, excess bile secretion can be a cause of regular vomiting or some food trigger does not suit you. In general you can try cold fomentation on abdomen empty stomach twice a day for 15 min each, do kunjan kriya (regurgitate cleansing) after drinking two glass of warm water empty stomach early in the morning, and apply the follow diet-
1.empty stomach- jeera hot water
2.pre breakfast-soaked munnka (raisins) 10
3.breakfast-fruits (no banana)
4.brunch-coconut watermore
