- Take a single dose at night an hour after dinner & then a another tablet after one week similarly
- also get stool RE( routine examination) done to know the type of parasite.

if you were given albandazole some days back.in this age group ,and in this condition there is no chance to survive any worm in the intestine of your baby. So please avoid drug overdosing to your baby. Handle care fully. Which symptoms were given by baby may not be for worms.

She has "thread worm" it's very chronic problem. 1. Keep her nails cut.
2. Apply soft soap with froth (lifebuoy soap) on her anal area and wash with plain water whenever she complains of intense itching.
3. Give her albendazole and ivermectin combination (bandy plus suspension). 10 ml at bed time and repeat after 15 days.
(this is one dose.)
this should continued every 6 months for 2 years. Ie. 4 times in 2 years.
