For childrens below two years 200 mg single dose and for adults 400 mg single dose is sufficient.

Start eating carom seeds (ajwain) + with a pinch of salt in it twice daily - empty stomach in the morning and before sleeping at night.
Take vidangasava 10 ml thrice daily.
Also add triphala ghrit in your diet 1 tsp twice daily.
Practice good hygiene and eat freshly prepared food.
Look out whether the contaminated water is there in your house area as it could be a important factor for this infestation.
