The symptoms of migraine are
Unilateral Headache, eye pain
Throbbing and pulsating pain
Nausea and Vomiting
Increased sensitivity to light and sound
Feeling of Dizzy or Faint
Treatment of migraine

Solo has paracetamol in it which may relieve the symptoms for few hours but does not cure it.
Also it damages the liver.
My suggestion is to take proper homoeopathic treatment.
Also take blood test first like cbc mp.

You can. The point is why would you want to give medicine for cold. Cold is a viral infection which will go away on it’s own. Allow your child’s immunity to fight it. It will improve her resistance to such common infections. Use medication only if she is in genuine discomfort or developed a fever.

Medication:-
1. Regukar oiling with sukesham oil, guduchi pharmacy helps a lot to reduce hairfall within 21 days.
2. Preferably use guduchi anti hairfall shampoo, blot you hair with towel n donot rub.
