Hi
no need to take rosuvastatin in this high dose. Also pain in feet in swelling could be due to various reasons like anemia and b12 deficiency, decreased protein leves etc. You need proper evaluation. Kindly consult for the same.

Please correct your previous conditions and list of medications.
Mood stabilizers may be addictive and also cause such side effects. Which ones?
Rosuvastatin and aspirin probably over medication, required after heart attacks, not before.

1) The cause of your BP seems your anxiety and the most important bit is to address that by consulting a psychiatrist. Reducing this anxiety is going to reduce the BP automatically. This experimentation with medications is not going to solve the problem. Fbs/ppbs alone is not enough to understand how good your glycaemic control. You also need to do your hba1c to find out the 3 month average. The other point is, you're taking 30u insulin at night, maybe your technique is incorrect. Hence the insulin delivery is not optimal. Lookout for the following.

Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the details given. You have mentioned only fasting glucose levels of different days, that does not give any idea whether the condition is in control or not. There are other two equally important parameters like after food glucose level & HbA1c%. Fasting may be low, but after food levels can be high. HbA1c% shows how good the control has been over previous 3 to 4 months.
