if you are diagnosed as hypertension kindly continue olmesar 20 mg with salt restricted diet and exercise. You should stop thyrox and repeat tsh after 2 months.

Hi.
Olmezest and Olmetime both have same component (Olmesartan), just different brand.
I wonder why your doctor has written 2 different brand of same medicine.
For the BP you are having, I will suggest taking 20mg both in morning and evening.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
BP 160/80 mm Hg is high, ideally it should be around 120 to 130/ 70 to 80 mm Hg. You may have to increase the dose of Olmesartan to 40 mg a day.
With HbA1c% 6% diabetes seems to be well controlled. Thanks
