Hi
if you are a patient of high blood pressure, then you are on the risk side of developing heart problems,
so if you are getting chest pain as explained by you, its basically called as exertional chest pain.
You should get done one ecg, then stress echo to see any heart problem during exertion.
And then consult a cardiologist
do not worry, you will be fine, these probs have treatment.

Hello,
would suggest to keep salbair I as an sos inhaler when you feel uncomfortable.
And take the budamate 400 (can reduce to 200 2.puffs twice a day followed by mouth care) everyday.
Inhaled corticosteroids plus long acting formetrol is said to be better as controller therapy.
You can take the vaccine.
Bronchisits is not a.contraindication.
But wait for half and hour so as to watch for any allergic reaction.
Take your inhalers with you.
Hope this was helpful.

Hi. Low bp is no danger and the values you have mentioned there are out of worrying zone. We shall enhance your bp to come to normal. Limits by understanding the other parameters of your health and it involves certain blood cell count too. There r chances to have this as a genetic trend too. So. My opinion would be so not keep adding more meds or fluctuating them. Too much as they have no impact in marking a major difference and sometimes it may lead to side effects too. Make a booking and take ...more
