Yes it’s curable. Apply vaseline/olive/ coconut oil etc. Daily. It can be because of dryness. When you keep your skin healthy, you can prevent dryness, itching, redness, and maybe lessen the need for medication. Plus, it feels good to pamper yourself. Try these tips:
bathe only in warm water. Hot water dries out skin. Wash with a gentle cleanser instead of soap. Don't use body scrubbers or washcloths, which can be irritating. Pat dry with a soft towel instead of rubbing, and be sure to leave...more

It is not good continue medicine. It leads side effects. Better to come out from medicine. For depression psychological counselling will helps very much. I think you never attend for counselling. Strong counselling sessions are required. Use the medicine whenever you feel normal then leave it. It is best as soon as possible you should come out from the medicine. Years together you use your mind addicted to medicine. Suppose in future you cannot sleep properly without medicine. It is always bette...more

Hi, by the list of medications I can understand that you have tried a lot of medicines. Still your problem is not resolved. Since you are near to bangalore the best way I could suggest is visit nimhans bangalore and consult a psychiatrist and a therapist for your current problem you might need more of therapy and a different kind of antipsychotic which works for dysthymia. The medicines which you have mentioned are antidepressants and does not necessarily work in dysthymia.
