you are already on 80 mg fluoxetine. There is no need for buproprion. Sometimes excessoive dosage can lead to switch to mania. Better go for some relaxation exercises and activity scheduling. Thanks.

She might have a number of issues at this age, which she may not be able to share with anyone. The counselling process will give her an outlet to express herself and understand her own mind. you can definitely try half a tablet although it’s a very mild dose.
I’d suggest you get a consultation and change your medications.
There are several types and classes of medications available for depression and anxiety which will not have the side effects you mention.
You can try other medication combinations for the same.
