- Your problem is due to anxiety & GERD
- try to focus & keep yourself busy with your work, do reading, listen to music, these will help relax your mind
- avoid spicy, fried & junk food, chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, take 4-5 small meals rather than three large ones, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after a meal, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime
- do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, also do yoga, deep breathing ...more

The medications which have been given are not for anxiety, but for psychosis. Tolaz and the injection are both anti-psychotics. Because of the injection, you might have had side effect of EPS, hence pacitane has worked. It would be nice if you gain insight and take medications regularly as advised by your psychiatrist. It is not good continue medicine. It leads side effects. Better to come out from medicine. For depression psychological counselling will helps very much. I think you never attend for counselling. Strong counselling sessions are required. Use the medicine whenever you feel normal then leave it. It is best as soon as possible you should come out from the medicine.
