You will need a thorough evaluation. Both nexito plus and oleanz are not the best medications for panic attacks. And if you have sexual dysfunction, we will have to assess if there it is related to your anxiety or something else. So, better you consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation. Stop oleanz .it will not help you in any way .as per your explanation, it has no role to play. But, we need more details to tell what is best for you. So please consult at the earliest.

Hi, by the list of medications I can understand that you have tried a lot of medicines. Still your problem is not resolved. Since you are near to bangalore the best way I could suggest is visit nimhans bangalore and consult a psychiatrist and a therapist for your current problem you might need more of therapy and a different kind of antipsychotic which works for dysthymia. The medicines which you have mentioned are antidepressants and does not necessarily work in dysthymia.

Hi, Thanks for writing in. Welcome to the forum. This is a commonly asked question and a very valid concern. Medicines for schizophrenia, to be effective, need to be taken daily. Frequent missing of doses will lead to a sub-optimal outcome. After adequate control, if the medicines are stopped for sometime, generally the symptoms do not emerge immediately and generally there is a lag period of few weeks to several months. But if symptoms are inadequately controlled, symptoms can re-emerge much ea...more

Dear lybrate-user, if you are only taking medicines you will not improve completely. And if you are feeling well due to medicines this wellness stays as long as you continue to take medicines, but short after you stop the medicines the synonyms will return. If you want to get rid from anxiety and depression you have to work on your thought process, you require regular counselling sessions which will help you to stop medicines and improve your physical and mental health.

Since she is already on medication I suggest you talk to her treating Psychiatrist and convey her current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms. As they are familiar with her history it is always better to have a discussion with them regarding this situation.

Hi, along with medication you can always listen music. But excess of everything is bad whether it is a good thing like music .

Loud music for long time will not only harm your peace of mind but also your ear drums too.

I would suggest you to take your medicine at a particular time. Also Go to sleep and wake up strictly at a particular time. Use alarm clock or take someone's help in waking you up and leave your bed strictly at a particular time irrespective of your sleep. It w...more
