I will suggest you wait till you stop breastfeeding as after the weaning it usually itself decreases in size. If after that also you feel then you can start the exercise or treatment of your choice.

Flunil 10 mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation
No information is available on the use of Saint 200 mg Tablet during lactation
No information is available on the use of Etilaam 0.25 mg Tablet during lactation
So ask your prescribing doctor as anyone prescribing compares advantages v/s disadvantages keeping your full medical picture in mind.

hi you need to check that nipples are not retracted, you need have methi seeds, cabbage green vegetables and drink lots of water also need to add few medicines too.

Yes you can. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
