I am not sure that you have followed up with your doctor recently. You seem to be on a low dose of Olanzapine. Probably you may need a mood stabiliser (if you are diagnosed as Schizoaffective Disorder) or an antidepressant in addition. Please consult your psychiatrist. You might get help to get out of depression like how you got out of occipital pain.

If you have bipolar, please take medication but you must also work with a counselor. At your age this claim is serious.
