Hi, Is your mother physically active? It is very important that in old age the person do some kind of physical activity. Physical activity also improves memory power. Also they should mingle with the persons of their age either online or offline. They should not be left alone.

Olanzapine is contraindicated in diabetics. So stop it. Give a wash out period to drug for 7 days. Report after7 days till then take tab clonazepam 0.5 mg 1 in the morning and 2 at night.

If you take medicines for the diseases you will not suffer serotonin syndrome .Antidepressants associated with serotonin syndrome include:

I am not sure that you have followed up with your doctor recently. You seem to be on a low dose of Olanzapine. Probably you may need a mood stabiliser (if you are diagnosed as Schizoaffective Disorder) or an antidepressant in addition. Please consult your psychiatrist. You might get help to get out of depression like how you got out of occipital pain.

If you have bipolar, please take medication but you must also work with a counselor. At your age this claim is serious. If you have depression then there are some major ramifications to take into account. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention.
