Hello Mr. lybrate-user, follow the following routine for better control of your hypertension. 1) lifestyle modifications: yoga/exercise with diet rich in green leafy vegetables and healthy fats. 2) a routine night sleep at least 6-8 hrs
3) pharmacotherapy: currently you are on olmesartan 20 mg. Keep recording your bp once in every 15 days
4) connect with your doctor if you are symptomatic (headache, blurred vision, palpitations).

Dytor plus contains spironolactone which if taken with few blood pressure tablets like ace inhibitors (ramipril, lisinopril) or arb (telmisartan, olmesartan), serum potassium may increase.
