any stone larger than 5 mm has to be retrieved out, as they do not pass naturally so my advice is to visit a urologist treatment might include ESWL or other depending on the need

Olanzapine is not safe to be given during lactation. You either change the medicine or shift the child to formulae feed. It will be good for child.

If you take medicines for the diseases you will not suffer serotonin syndrome .Antidepressants associated with serotonin syndrome include:
selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as Celexa and Zoloft.
serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), such as Effexor.
tricyclic antidepressants, such as nortriptyline and amitriptyline.

I am not sure that you have followed up with your doctor recently. You seem to be on a low dose of Olanzapine. Probably you may need a mood stabiliser (if you are diagnosed as Schizoaffective Disorder) or an antidepressant in addition. Please consult your psychiatrist. You might get help to get out of depression like how you got out of occipital pain.
