No, I do not think so, ofloxacin is not know to cause gynecomastia. Besides for an adult its only half the dose. And even if so any medicine causing it once withdrawn the effect gets reversed in the majority.

Dear Lybrate user, it is not advised to take any medicine for your infection without consulting with a doctor. He will examine your infection and only then medicine can be prescribed. Meanwhil, clobetasol is a steroid that will only suppress the symptoms and not cure the disease.

Finding 2 pus cells in urine is not an infection and you have taken the antibiotic pill unnecessarily and it can cause side effects as you have described . No need to worry and and be normal

You need proper treatment because sometimes excess use of the antibiotic cause death of useful bacteria and cause growth of harmfull bacteria thats cause diarrhoea .there is fluid loss in the diarrhoea so there is low bp so you need proper treatment so take consultation.

Hello lybrate-user. Ultrasound scan is not a very good modality for appendicitis. CT scan is the gold standard. I do not rely completely on scans or lab reports and I believe in my clinical judgement. Symptoms of appendicitis are pain in right lower abdomen which is usually continuous and often severe with vomiting, nausea and fever. Pt also loses appetite due to infection.
