Both the brands contain levothyroxine, so using any one of them is fine. However, what is important is to continue using the same brand as your body is used to it. Please also check the tsh levels, because maintaining tsh around 3 to 4 mu/l is essential to remain free from symptoms. Thanks.

Take tab. sinarest it contains
( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Dextromethorphan should be avoided in small children.
Only give syp flucold 2.5 ml three times a day.
