You should also take vdm kit along with your girlfriend when she takes a course of clotrimazole again. It should recover then.

take lot of water use good quality sanitary pads during menstruation.

You should get it diagnosed first every problem can not be solved with ointments and powders please consult a physician immediately and get it checked and treated clinically.

Oral antifungals will be required only application of cream won't help. Consult a local dermatologist in your place.

At bedtime wash the lesion with soap and water and apply micogel ointment for a month and take candiforce 200 mg at night for two weeks

Keep groin area dry
avoid tight cloths
