2.Anti biotic drops eg OBRA EYE DROPS four tomes a day.

If you have Dandruff with involvement of Lid margins. It seems to BLETHRITIS. So you must get Dandruff treated by some good anti dandruff shampoo. For Lids. Clean the lid margins three times a day with sods bi carb solution.(How is prepare soda bicarb solution. Take a cup of Luke warm water, add a chutki bhar khane wala soda in it Now take a piece of cottan dip in this water and gently clean the lid margin with it.
