thanks for the query.
There is no shortcut to weight loss.
In case you lose weight it mostly is muscle loss because you are depending only on medication. Some people do get reaction to medication leading to hormonal disturbances. Once you discontinue the medication you will have a rebound weight gain.
Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating.
You have to eat the right foods at the right time.
