Weight is sometimes due to constitutional predisposition, some people have high basal metabolic rate, that prevents weight gain. I suggest you to do thyroid function test. Don't use orlistat as you are breast feeding, any other drug is also not recommended for you as your baby gets 1% of it through breast milk. What you should do is: avoid sweets and oily food. Reduce dinner quantity to half. Do morning walking dailyfor an hour. You will lose weight and become an attractive lady. Good luck.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

try this To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. ? Lay down flat on the floor.
? Bend the knees with feet on the floor.
? Place your hands by the side of your ears.
? Take a deep breath.
? Crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time.
