Hi lybrate-user orlistat inhibits fat absorption n thus helps in losing weight by reducing calories from fat but it can't work alone, you need to exercise and eat healthy along with it to see better effects. It also has side effects like malabsorbtion of fat soluble of vitamins. Please weigh the consequences over benefits before going for medication instead lose weight in healthy way by diet n exercise.

It is necessary to reduce weight as your ideal body weight should be less than 65 kgs. There is an excess of 30 kgs.
